Description:

CyberCoders is currently hiring multiple Drywall Estimators across several locations, offering relocation assistance and a competitive compensation package. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL, ideal for professionals with a solid background in commercial drywall estimation and construction cost analysis.

As a Drywall Estimator, you will be a key contributor to the planning and execution of commercial drywall projects. You will utilize estimation software and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project accuracy, cost-efficiency, and success from pre-bid through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to develop precise drywall installation cost estimates

• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to collect relevant pricing and material data

• Use On Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software to prepare detailed estimates

• Submit professional bid proposals in alignment with client timelines

• Track budgets and actual project costs to monitor financial efficiency

• Work closely with project managers to manage scope changes and budgetary discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in drywall estimation or a related commercial construction estimation role

• In-depth knowledge of drywall techniques, materials, and project workflows

• Proficient in industry-standard software like On Screen Takeoff and QuickBid

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
