This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to demonstrate their carpentry expertise on a variety of residential installation projects. The role demands precision, craftsmanship, and adherence to the highest safety standards, with a focus on installing windows, doors, interior trim, and other finish carpentry elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert installation of residential windows, doors, hardware, and interior trim.

• Framing, cutting, and shaping materials with accuracy and precision.

• Operating an aluminum brake to perform high-quality exterior trim work.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications for accurate execution.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout the project.

• Assisting in general construction duties while strictly following safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential carpentry or remodeling.

• Proficiency in handling various door and window systems, finish carpentry, and interior trim.

• Skilled in using a full range of hand tools and power tools.

• Strong blueprint reading abilities and accuracy in measurements.

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.

• Problem-solving abilities, professionalism, and excellent customer service demeanor.
