Robbins Law Firm is looking for an experienced Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal to join our Cornelius, North Carolina office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and healthcare powers of attorney. Experience handling North Carolina probate cases from start to finish is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).

  • Handle North Carolina probate cases from opening to closing.

  • Utilize Wealth Counsel (or similar software) for estate planning document drafting.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.

  • Maintain accurate legal documentation and case records.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal procedures and regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in estate planning and/or probate.

  • Experience with Wealth Counsel or similar document drafting software preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
