Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of high net worth and prominent clients

• Drafting and responding to discovery, preparing Preliminary Declarations of Disclosure

• Preparing and arguing Requests for Order (RFOs)

• Appearing in court for hearings and trials (trial experience required)

• Drafting pleadings, settlement agreements, and trial briefs

• Supervising junior attorneys and support staff

• Engaging directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts

Required Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of Family Law experience

• Demonstrated trial experience and comfort with courtroom procedures

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage a caseload independently

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

• Ability to commute to or relocate to El Segundo, CA prior to starting
