Rejuvenate Health & Wellness, a growing integrative wellness practice in Anchorage, AK, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The practice specializes in helping women take control of their health in midlife and beyond, focusing on hormone optimization, weight loss, and functional medicine.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations focused on women’s health, metabolism, and hormones

• Develop personalized treatment plans using integrative and functional medicine approaches

• Manage patients on hormone replacement therapy, weight loss protocols, and lifestyle medicine

• Collaborate with health coaches and nutritionists to optimize patient outcomes

• Stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and protocols in women’s wellness

• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations

• Contribute to growing and shaping the future of the practice

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Alaska

• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP)

• DEA registration for prescribing medication

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in women’s health, hormones, or functional medicine)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to practice independently and make evidence-based decisions

• CPR/BLS certification
