Registered Nurse

Description:

Liberty Administrative Services, LLC is seeking an energetic and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their dialysis clinic in Anchorage, Alaska. This role involves both direct and indirect nursing care for adult/geriatric patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). The RN will assess patient needs, implement and adjust individualized care plans, and ensure continuity of care through effective communication with healthcare professionals. The position also emphasizes quality patient care, clinical performance, and patient/family education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct/indirect nursing care for primarily adult/geriatric ESRD patients.

• Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Educate patients and families, involving them in care planning.

• Maintain communication with physicians and healthcare teams for continuity of care.

• Ensure adherence to standards of professional nursing and delegate appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (A.D.N. or diploma).

• Eligible for RN licensure in the State of Alaska.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Proficient in computer software and documentation.

• Effective communication and understanding of government standards.

• Commitment to quality care and clinical performance standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, bending, walking, and sitting.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
