Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a FP&A Vice President/ Senior Vice President for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:

• Encompass pricing analytical models for new business and interact with investor relations.
• Develop and manage the new business financial modeling.
• Serve as a partner while presenting to executive team members and the senior leadership team including the CEO and CFO.
• Collaborate with other partners across the finance organization to develop forecasts, budgets, and financial planning.
• Review monthly performance, financial results, and provide recommendations.
• Produce Senior Management level reporting and presentations by reviewing key financial metrics.

Qualifications:

• VP: 8+ years of experience
• Fintech/Consumer Finance experience strongly preferred.
• Broad knowledge and experience in Business Development.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and finance partners company wide.
