As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior leadership to align the HR agenda with key business priorities. You’ll provide guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness — all within a diverse and fast-paced environment.
Serve as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders, offering insights on talent, culture, and organizational structure.
Implement and lead HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Provide support and guidance in complex employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Oversee talent management, including performance development, succession planning, and high-potential employee programs.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and proactively address workforce issues.
Act as a change agent during organizational transformation, helping teams adapt to new processes, structures, or technologies.
Partner with other HR teams (e.g., Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar senior HR role.
Deep knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and compliance issues in the relevant region.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships.
Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with organizational objectives.
Experience working in large matrixed environments, ideally within professional services or multinational firms.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using HRIS systems and data analytics to drive strategic decisions.
