Human Resource Specialist

HealthReach Community Health Centers seeks a full-time Human Resource Specialist to work out of our Waterville location.

The Human Resource Specialist will provide support to the Human Resource Department as well as be a resource to all employees at HealthReach Community Health Centers. Duties include credentialing, onboarding and recruiting as well as general clerical and project-based work.

The person in this position will help project a professional company image through in-person, phone, email, and mail interaction and have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to protect the confidential nature of information is a priority. Attention to detail and excellent oral, written, interpersonal and computer skills are required.

An Associate’s Degree or 3 years of human resource experience in a professional environment is also required. HealthReach Community Health Centers provides healthcare in rural communities and offers a team oriented environment.
