This is a volunteer remote role for a Human Resources professional at The Tann Mann Gaadi. The HR role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing volunteer benefits, personnel management, recruitment and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
Knowledge of employee/volunteer benefits and personnel management
Strong understanding of HR regulations
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of working in Wellness Technology space or Fashion Technology space would be useful.
