Ifs Finance Consultant

Cubiq Recruitment is partnering with a Gold IFS Channel Partner to recruit an experienced IFS Finance Consultant for a fully remote opportunity within the United States. This is a functional consulting role focused on delivering top-tier financial solutions using the IFS Cloud platform.

As an IFS Finance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting. You'll serve as the key contact for finance-related workstreams, ensuring that business processes and compliance needs are seamlessly aligned with IFS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of IFS financial modules

• Act as the main liaison for finance workstreams during IFS implementations

• Support period-end close processes, financial reporting, and audit compliance

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions based on IFS best practices

• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams for third-party system integrations (e.g., payroll, procurement)

• Deliver training to end users and support post-go-live optimization

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with IFS ERP (Apps 9, 10, or Cloud), with specialization in financial modules

• Proven background in finance-related IFS implementations or upgrades

• Deep understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and compliance regulations

• Ability to translate business requirements into tailored IFS configurations

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
