A leading mid-size law firm specializing in insurance defense is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney (Partner or Senior Associate) to join its Houston, TX headquarters. The firm is at the forefront of utilizing advanced document management and trial presentation technology to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex insurance defense cases with a focus on litigation.
• Represent corporate clients in insurance-related legal matters both domestically and internationally.
• Utilize advanced trial presentation technology for case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel and strategy for insurance claims and disputes.
• Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on high-value cases.
• Manage 160 billable hours per month while maintaining quality legal service.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ 7+ years of insurance defense experience
✔ Active Texas Bar License
✔ Strong knowledge of insurance litigation and defense strategies
✔ Trial experience is a plus
✔ Ability to work onsite in Houston headquarters

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Base Salary: Up to $220,000
🎉 Annual Year-End Bonus: 1 Month’s Salary
📈 Billable Hour Requirement: 160 Per Month
