• Litigation Associate (Real Estate / Construction / Business) — Houston (onsite)
• You’ll handle (depending on your strengths):
• Real estate litigation: HOA / homeowner disputes, deed restrictions, land use/zoning-type issues, foreclosure-related disputes, boundary/property conflicts.
• Business litigation: partnership/shareholder disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty-type matters.
• Construction litigation: defects/disputes (highly preferred).
