Key Responsibilities:

• Defend clients in complex personal injury litigation, including trucking accidents and premises liability cases.

• Manage litigation from discovery through motions, trials, and appeals in state and federal courts.

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on high-exposure cases.

• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in negotiations and court appearances.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, with opportunities for business development and practice growth.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the Texas Bar.

• 5–10 years of experience in personal injury defense.

• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Proactive, team-oriented mindset and ability to independently manage complex cases.

Compensation & Benefits:
