We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Broker to help grow our client base and expand strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at networking, deal-making, and turning opportunities into long-term business relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution

• Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage the pipeline from lead to completion

• Track and report on sales activity, performance metrics, and market trends

• Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, brokerage, or relationship management

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities at once

• Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems preferred

• Industry experience a plus, but not required
