Electracom Supply, an employee-owned company at the forefront of the electrical and automation industry, is seeking an Outside Sales Specialist to join its growing team. This position focuses on business development and client relationship management within the Permian Basin and New Mexico region. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in the electrical or automation industry, with a proven track record in sales and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Permian Basin and New Mexico regions.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while pursuing new leads and opportunities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.

• Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and advice on electrical and automation products to customers.

• Industry Networking: Attend industry events and network with potential clients.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in electrical, automation, or a related field.

• Sales Success: Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on generating new business.

• Skills:
