Description:
EVERSANA is actively seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) People Specialist to join their Human Resources team in an on-site capacity at their Memphis, TN warehouse facility. This full-time position is pivotal in ensuring the company’s HR operations run smoothly and compliantly, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration. The role serves as a trusted HR partner, supporting team members, leadership, and the broader business.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex employee relations, including terminations, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
Partner with service line leadership to align HR strategies with business goals related to staffing and retention.
Implement and manage HR programs such as talent management, productivity, morale, recognition, training, and compliance.
Support recruitment and staffing by executing best practices for hiring and onboarding.
Conduct analysis of organizational trends and generate reports from the human capital management system.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws; adjust company practices and policies as needed.
Stay informed on HR trends, regulations, and innovations to provide recommendations for HR strategy.
Maintain confidentiality across all HR functions and contribute to an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 2 years in a Human Resources role.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software.
High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational ability.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources or Psychology and SHRM Certification.
Work Environment & Expectations:
100% on-site position at Memphis, TN warehouse.
Standard work week of 40 hours, Monday through Friday.
Minimal to no travel required.
Must be capable of physical demands such as sitting, walking, or lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Must be comfortable working in a moderately quiet, professional office environment.
