Taylor Root, on behalf of a nationally recognized and highly respected law firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney and Trial Attorney to join its expanding legal team. This full-time, on-site opportunity is available at either the Miami or Boca Raton office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling high-stakes litigation cases and a proven track record in managing complex legal proceedings.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled litigator to take lead roles in challenging personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, and bad faith insurance disputes. The firm is known for its collaborative culture and offers a supportive, high-performing environment where legal professionals thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex personal injury litigation cases from inception through trial and resolution.

• Serve as lead counsel in depositions, mediations, and courtroom trials.

• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies for high-profile claims.

• Collaborate closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure effective case management.

• Participate in business development initiatives and nurture strong client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $150000 to $190000 annually (equivalent to $12500–$15833/month), plus a percentage of attorney fees

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution

• Active law license in the state of Florida
