Experience:

• Manage complex commercial real estate deals from inception to closing
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents
• Review due diligence materials including title, survey, and organizational documents
• Collaborate with international clients, lenders, and stakeholders throughout transactions

Requirements:

• Member of the Florida Bar
• 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish (conversational/ communicate with clients)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Personable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
