PAC Financial Management (PACFM) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of campaign finance compliance assistant. PACFM is a full-service campaign treasurer firm, specializing in accounting and state reporting for Republican candidates for elective political office, political committees and associated organizations. Applicants must be detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn and meet new people. Successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn a unique and small niche of accounting and political activities, that of campaign treasurer.

Duties include:

• Data-entry into Excel, QuickBooks and Compliance Check US
• Preparation of reports
• Contribution and expense research
• Bank deposits
• Bank account reconciliations
• Preparation of expense checks
• Runner duties primarily to offices downtown Tallahassee
• Maintenance of client files and opening of new files
• General office duties.
