Project Manager

Description:

DataX Connect are representing a top US General Contractor who require an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex mission critical construction projects. In this role, you'll oversee all phases from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project business plans, logistics, safety, and phasing strategies
• Act as the primary liaison with engineers, architects, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage contracts, change orders, and procurement
• Drive schedule development and ensure timely material delivery
• Monitor financials, labour forecasts, compliance, and project reporting
• Lead site meetings, city/state reviews, and quality/safety inspections
• Mentor assistant project managers and interns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven experience in Mission Critical Construction
• Proficiency with Prolog, E1, and construction management tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage architectural, structural, MEP scopes across multiple trades
