Real Estate Accountant

Description:

We have partnered with a real estate company in Dallas to find their next Real Estate Accountant. This position reports to the Accounting Manager and will be responsible for full-cycle accounting for multiple properties including journal entries, general ledger, account reconciliations, assisting with the financial reporting and analysis, month-end close, and ad hoc reports.

Qualifications include:

· Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required

· CPA or CPA Candidate preferred

· 1-3 years of experience

· Strong Excel skills

· Knowledge of large ERP system
