Chi Omega Sorority, in collaboration with Lakeshore Management, is hiring a dynamic Sales and Leasing Specialist to join its on-site team at Oak Park Terrace in Madison, WI. This position is crucial in managing and growing the occupancy of the residential community through strategic sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a passion for customer engagement, relationship-building, and real estate sales.

As a Sales and Leasing Specialist, you will work closely with Community Managers and Marketing teams to drive occupancy rates and meet financial goals. You will act as the frontline ambassador for prospective residents, showcasing the community's benefits and creating positive experiences throughout the leasing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Community Managers and the Sales and Marketing Team to meet financial and occupancy targets

• Build and maintain a strong online presence for the property and monitor performance of all marketing activities

• Research local market conditions and competitors to develop and implement strategic marketing plans

• Proactively follow up with leads generated through digital, referral, and walk-in channels, documenting all interactions

• Establish lasting relationships with potential residents and their families while effectively communicating the value and mission of the community

• Represent the community through advertising, networking events, and public relations activities

• Foster partnerships with local influencers, community leaders, and strategic referral sources

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Business, Sales, or Marketing experience preferred

• Proven ability in developing and executing marketing strategies

• Strong customer service background with effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in relevant software applications and general computer use

• Experience in market research and technical marketing is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to sit, talk, listen, and use email

• Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds

• Work environment is typically moderate in noise level

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $45,000 per year ($3750/month)

• Total Compensation Potential: Up to $130,000 per year ($10833/month) based on commissions and experience

• Compensation package reflects a base + commission structure
