Our mission is to achieve market-wide adoption of our suite of products as the only digital solutionour customers need to optimize their business.The SDR is a member of our Marketing team and supports revenue target achievement bycalling 50+ leads per day, championing ourunique software that digitally optimizes the way home improvement companies do business. The goal of the SDR is to setappointments for shared-screen, live product demonstrations by our Sales team. Special consideration is given to candidates with Business Development or Marketing experience in the Home Improvement or Software industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This is an inside role responsible for prospecting, lead identification and qualification
  • Serve as the first point of contact and provide product information to prospective customers
  • Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline of prospects and schedule for demos
  • Partner withSales team to achieve new business quotas
  • Drive traffic to Leap Webinars and online demonstrations
  • Ensure accuracy of CRM data

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of call center/cold calling experience required
  • Experience managing a lead pipeline.
  • Polished communication skills with the ability to clearly convey value - confident, articulate, and concise
  • Detail oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated, and driven
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to use a consultative selling approach
