Description:
MoniSa Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO-certified and globally recognized Language Service Provider (LSP) offering services in over 300 languages. The company is currently expanding its international sales team and seeks motivated and performance-driven Sales Representatives to support growth across the US, European, and MENA markets.
This is a remote, full-time role designed for professionals with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the translation, localization, AI, SaaS, or consulting industries. As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to identify and onboard new B2B clients, including LSPs, SaaS platforms, multimedia companies, and AI technology firms.
You will be responsible for managing your personal sales pipeline, leveraging outbound outreach, referrals, and existing networks to secure leads and convert them into clients. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a performance-oriented mindset who can work independently while receiving operational and delivery support from in-house teams.

Translation & Localization

Eligibility Criteria:
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Must be located in the USA
Familiarity with market behaviors in the US, European, or MENA regions
Self-disciplined, results-driven, and motivated by commission-based earnings
