Superintendent Construction

Description:

Seeking for an experienced Superintendent Construction to supervise on-site construction of a project(s) at one or more locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and at least 5 years of experience in data center construction.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the implementation of site safety by all parties onsite
- Ensure the implementation of the Quality Assurance Project Plan
- Control the project site logistics
- Plan and ensure/provide and maintain the protection of the site
- Review and understand the project's contract documents
- Document the field record of the project
- Supervise site staff

Certification/Licensure:

- OSHA 30 Hour Certification
- Army Corps of Engineers – Construction Quality Management (CQM)
- Must be able to Pass a background check, including drug screening
- Valid Driver's License

Qualifications:

- 5 years of Data Center experience as a site super or project engineer
- In-depth Knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods)
- Experience in construction scheduling and cost controls
