Description:
Hunter Bond is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to join a prestigious and elite buy-side investment fund based in New York. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to contribute to the internal recruitment process of a globally recognized financial institution. The position is hybrid, allowing for both in-office and remote flexibility.
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, the primary focus will be on ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process. You will be responsible for improving and maintaining a high standard of recruitment operations, including the efficient handling of applicant tracking systems (ATS), interview scheduling, process compliance, and database accuracy. You will also generate performance reports and key hiring metrics to support recruitment strategies.
You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals and process execution. Additionally, your role will involve process optimization, ensuring seamless and regulatory-compliant recruitment workflows, and actively identifying opportunities for improvement in recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience during all phases of the recruitment lifecycle.
Design, implement, and maintain efficient recruiting workflows and ATS usage.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in candidate databases and hiring dashboards.
Generate analytical reports on recruitment performance and funnel activity.
Coordinate interviews, manage recruiter calendars, and ensure process compliance.
Partner with internal teams to support recruitment strategies and process enhancements.
Candidate Profile:
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Back Office Operations, or Recruitment Operations.
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and familiarity with recruitment technologies.
Capable of identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements.
