⚖️ The Role:

Manage a plaintiff-side civil litigation docket from intake through resolution

Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery-related motions

Handle written discovery, meet and confer efforts, and discovery strategy

Take and defend depositions

Prepare witnesses and work with experts

Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial

Maintain direct client communication and provide practical counseling throughout the case lifecycle

📍 Location, Schedule and Compensation:

Location: Southern California

Schedule: Hybrid, in office 3 days per week

✅ Requirements:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

Active California Bar admission in good standing

5+ years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience

Experience in each of the following practice areas: personal injury, insurance bad faith, property damage, and construction defect

Strong motion practice, deposition, and discovery skills

Demonstrated prior tenure and commitment in previous roles
