• Lead complex employment defense litigation (wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and PAGA matters)
• Provide high-level advice and counsel to business owners (their “outsourced in-house counsel” model)
• Handle depositions, discovery, motions, strategy, and trial preparation
• Own your caseload end-to-end

⚖️ About you:

• 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in Employment Defense
• Worked at 2 or 3 firms since graduating law school
• Licensed in California
• Strong litigation skills + genuine interest in both courtroom work and strategic counseling
