- Lead complex employment defense litigation (wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and PAGA matters)
- Provide high-level advice and counsel to business owners (their “outsourced in-house counsel” model)
- Handle depositions, discovery, motions, strategy, and trial preparation
- Own your caseload end-to-end
⚖️ About you:
- 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in Employment Defense
- Worked at 2 or 3 firms since graduating law school
- Licensed in California
- Strong litigation skills + genuine interest in both courtroom work and strategic counseling
