Litigation Attorney

Description:

The Litigation Attorney role anchors Link’s California litigation capability in-house to improve speed, consistency, and cost control across Asset Management, Property Management, and Collections. The in-house counsel will carry an active statewide docket of approximately 28–40 matters, handling all phases directly while using outside counsel sparingly, and will centralize NDA drafting and negotiation previously routed to vendors. Embedding this expertise on site strengthens day-to-day decision support for market teams, standardizes enforcement practices, and reduces external legal spend without sacrificing trial-ready execution.

Join a leading industrial real estate platform as in-house Litigation Attorney. You’ll own a high-volume California litigation docket, focusing on unlawful detainer (commercial) and lease-dispute matters.
