The Role
- Lead Complex Commercial Litigation Matters: Manage a broad portfolio of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts, and fraud claims
- Develop Case Strategy and Drive Outcomes: Formulate and execute litigation strategies, overseeing all phases of disputes including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
- Courtroom Advocacy and Dispute Resolution: Lead appearances in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight.
- Client Advisory and Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, commercially focused guidance on risk, exposure, and dispute resolution strategies while building long-term client relationships.
