Responsibilities ⚙️

• Analyse complex first-party property policies and coverage issues
• Advise insurers on pre-suit coverage strategy and exposure
• Handle EUOs, depositions, pleadings, motions and mediations
• Litigate sophisticated coverage disputes from inception through resolution
• Work directly with insurer clients and experienced coverage partners
