Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and trial support.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
• Manage case files and maintain organized records.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial presentations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in legal research and legal software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
