This is a fully remote, full-time position ideal for a litigation attorney with at least five years of focused experience in employment and labor law, including workplace safety cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of complex labor and employment litigation matters.

• Litigate in the Central District of California and state courts, handling discovery, motions, depositions, and trials.

• Conduct legal research and write compelling legal briefs and memoranda.

• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.

• Maintain excellent communication with clients, offering strategic legal advice on employment and workplace safety compliance.

• Collaborate with a high-performing legal team in a supportive virtual office structure.

• Demonstrate first-chair readiness, taking lead roles in litigation with minimal supervision.

Candidate Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.

• Active California Bar license and significant experience litigating in the Central District of California.

• Minimum of 5 years’ litigation experience in labor, employment, and workplace safety law.

• Proven courtroom advocacy, legal writing, and litigation strategy skills.

• Highly organized and proactive, with strong time management and communication abilities.

• Self-starter capable of thriving in a remote environment with leadership ambitions.
