Human Resources Systems Coordinator

 

Description:

Manage the operation of the Human Resource ERP system, including all third-party interface products; Serve as the primary liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology Division (ITD) to ensure all HR processes are functioning as specified, taking corrective action if needed. Develops and maintains electronic forms using form development software for Human Resources. Continuously evaluate HR processes to streamline and improve workflow and reporting efficiencies.

Required Education

Bachelors degree required in Business Administration, Information Systems or Computer Science.
Six (6) years of experience in working with technical systems may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Related Experience

Two (2) years progressively responsible experience in working with technical systems.
