Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions

• Lead litigation processes: draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and conduct trial preparations

• Attend court proceedings: hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations

• Maintain high professional standards while working independently and collaboratively

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Bar admission in California

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience with trial exposure

• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
