Description:
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to generate leads and drive sales. The Sales Associate's responsibilities include informing potential customers of product features and benefits, and to present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.
Responsibilities:
- Introducing, demonstrating, and familiarizing clients with Enkay products or services.
- Conducting sales meetings with clients, either virtually or by visits in person.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling Enkay products and services to new customers.
- Attending trade events and exhibitions, industry conferences, and promotional events, looking for new business or clients.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
- Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
- Self-discipline and time-management skills to ensure you stay on top of your tasks to regularly meet deadlines and hit quotas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented.
