Description:

Neiman Marcus, one of the largest multi-brand luxury retailers in the U.S. with over 3,000 premium brand partners, is seeking a Jewelry Sales, Client Advisor for its Garden City, NY location. This role focuses on delivering a highly personalized luxury shopping experience both in-store and digitally, utilizing cutting-edge technology, wardrobing expertise, and a client-centric approach to build long-term relationships.

The Client Advisor will engage with clients to provide exceptional styling advice, understand their fashion needs, and offer tailored product recommendations. Duties include achieving personal sales targets, enhancing customer engagement through omni-channel selling, and utilizing digital tools and social media to reach new and existing clients. Advisors will also strategically manage their client base to increase productivity, ensure client retention, and showcase products effectively whether in-person or remotely.

Ideal candidates should be motivated, technology-savvy, and experienced in luxury retail or commission-based selling. Strong styling knowledge, an understanding of fashion trends, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be flexible with work schedules to meet business needs.
