Job Overview:

The Director, Field Execution, plays a critical role in supporting LensCrafters’ field and store organizations by leading strategic operational training and ensuring excellent execution of business initiatives. This role involves optimizing retail resources to strengthen brand presence across North America and fostering best practice sharing throughout the field.

You will work closely with the Leonardo Training Department and other key partners to drive training adoption, improve the customer journey, and support continuous innovation in field operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies that ensure field teams adopt critical business initiatives in collaboration with the Leonardo Training Department.

  • Lead the adoption and reinforcement of LensCrafters’ business priorities such as Customer Journey, Complete Vision Solutions, and Brand’s Way of Working.

  • Manage the Field Leader Brand Onboarding program, coordinating with Recruiting and Hiring Managers for smooth assimilation.

  • Serve as the key liaison between Store Operations and Training Departments, advocating for training completion and knowledge dissemination.

  • Analyze customer experience metrics (NPS, Google Reviews, Remakes & Refunds) to identify gaps and drive improvements in the customer journey.

  • Collaborate with Field and HR Business Partners to develop role-specific brand training programs.

  • Facilitate field observations and mystery shop programs to assess and improve in-store execution.

  • Build cross-functional partnerships to foster continuous learning and innovation within the brand.

  • Lead communication development across various formats, including audio, visual, and written content.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Field Leadership and Corporate Execution Support.

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent time management and scheduling abilities.

  • Ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels and across functions.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary within the range of $117,482 to $181,992 based on location, experience, and qualifications.

  • Potential bonuses and/or commission plans.
