Floor Lead

Gymshark is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Floor Lead to join their team at the Roosevelt Field location in Long Island, New York. This full-time, on-site role is designed for an aspiring leader who embodies the brand’s values of empowerment, inclusivity, and community. The Floor Lead will help drive store performance, ensure superior customer experiences, and uphold operational excellence.

As a Floor Lead, you will represent Gymshark’s culture and values while supporting store operations and your team’s development. You’ll lead by example in delivering outstanding service and sales performance. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day tasks, offering in-the-moment coaching, leading KPI-driven initiatives, managing store organization, and contributing to strategic business goals. This role also carries keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, demonstrated team leadership experience, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment. You should be goal-oriented with a flair for fashion and fitness, and capable of handling product organization, stock management, and multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Experience with coaching, sales, multitasking, and problem-solving is essential.
