Licensed Optician

Description:

Target Optical seeks a Licensed Optician dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences aligned with the Target Optical Way and its core mindsets: People Focused, Collaborative, Accountable to Results, Think Differently, and Simple, Fun and In Style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily sales goals through excellent guest experience and sales behaviors

• Provide a simple, fun, and fashionable experience following Target Optical’s Playground Rules

• Attract new guests and build brand awareness daily

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Target Optical doctors and hosts

• Model and adhere to the company’s personal style dress code

• Accurately fit and dispense fashionable eyewear products to guests

• Follow all operating policies including training, marketing programs, promotions, and sales transactions

• Ensure accuracy in all guest interactions and transactions

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Licensed optician as required by the state

• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service

• Basic computer skills and selling skills

• Driven, self-motivated with critical thinking and accountability

• Accurate in measurements and attention to detail
