DOVIANA, a leading name in luxury retail, is hiring Retail Operations Associates to join their vibrant teams in Soho and West Village, NYC. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of ensuring each visitor receives top-tier service. From assisting with checkouts and maintaining the showroom to engaging on social media and supporting influencer appointments, you’ll help elevate the DOVIANA brand experience. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be given opportunities to make real contributions to operations and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless checkout support via POS systems

• Create and maintain attractive merchandise displays

• Answer customer inquiries on merchandise and brands

• Suggest improvements to booth service and productivity

• Support influencer appointments and contribute to social media content

• Keep the store/showroom clean and organized

• Use technology confidently and learn new systems as needed

• Engage customers with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Shopify and POS systems, or willing to be trained

• At least 6 months of retail experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Flexible to work overtime as needed

• A positive, customer-focused attitude—must love smiling and loving life!
