As a Floor Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Representing Gymshark’s culture and values while inspiring and leading the team.

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless execution of tasks aligned with strategic goals.

• Identifying growth opportunities within the team, offering real-time coaching and feedback to develop team members.

• Driving store performance by achieving KPIs through strong leadership and motivation.

• Delivering outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and maintaining operational standards.

• Collaborating with store management on initiatives and special projects.

• Maintaining an energetic and positive team environment.

• Handling keyholder responsibilities including opening and closing the store.

• Ensuring the physical movement of inventory, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail with customer service excellence.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team.

• Strong sales orientation with the ability to upsell/cross-sell products.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.

• Adaptability to changing store demands and a keen eye for detail.

• Prior experience handling keyholder responsibilities.
