Retail Sales Associate

Description:

EXPRESS, a multichannel apparel brand under PHOENIX Retail, LLC, is seeking a Sales Associate to join the Branson Outlets team. The role focuses on providing an excellent in-store shopping experience while assisting with merchandising tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The Sales Associate ensures the store is organized, safe, and inviting for customers, while actively contributing to the brand’s customer experience model.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room

• Follow company policies and procedures for safety and compliance

• Assist with product launches according to SOP

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

• Promote credit and loyalty member programs to customers

• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 0–2 years of relevant retail experience (minimum 6 months)

• Proficiency with technology such as iPads and registers

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours

• Physical capability to perform retail duties

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Collaborative and team-oriented
