As a Retail Sales Representative, you will interact directly with customers in big box retail stores and event settings, representing Statewide Remodeling’s high-quality home improvement solutions, including baths, custom closets, and exterior upgrades. Your role will focus on initiating conversations, setting appointments for in-home consultations, and creating an engaging, positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers face-to-face in retail and event environments to promote home renovation services.

• Confidently and professionally represent the company brand.

• Set appointments for in-home consultations and assist customers with scheduling.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals.

• Provide clear and friendly assistance to customers, generating leads for the sales team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be available on weekends.

• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Genuine interest in creating exceptional customer experiences.

• Ability to work independently and remain driven to achieve performance goals.

• Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided.

• Previous experience in face-to-face marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or appointment setting is an advantage.

• Criminal background check required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses.

• Estimated earnings: 50,000–60,000 USD/year; top performers earn 80,000+ USD/year.
