At Home Group Inc., the leading home and holiday décor superstore, is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Team Members to join their Plano, TX team. This role is designed to provide additional support during peak seasons, ensuring seamless operations in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment. Candidates will be actively involved in maintaining operational flow, supporting merchandising activities, executing front-end and cashiering responsibilities, and contributing to a customer-centric atmosphere.

This seasonal position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on retail experience and may lead to regular part-time or full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute company directives, policies, and procedures efficiently and with a positive attitude.

• Assist in maintaining a customer-focused environment and provide excellent service.

• Handle cashier and front-end operations with accuracy and efficiency.

• Unload, sort, and stock freight following store merchandising guidelines.

• Support store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping both inside and outside the store.

• Complete assigned workloads and tasks within designated timeframes.

• Contribute to inventory control, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.

• Perform additional tasks as needed to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and comprehension).

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs individually or 100 lbs as part of a team.

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching for prolonged periods.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ethical conduct.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Working Conditions

• Requires frequent lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
