Retail Sales Representative

Description:

Statewide Remodeling, part of the Renuity family, is seeking enthusiastic Entry-Level Retail Sales Representatives to join their growing team in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of the team, you will represent the brand in retail stores and events, engaging with customers, promoting home renovation services, and arranging free in-home consultations. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and are driven to achieve goals. Both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates are welcome, as full paid training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest.

• Represent the company with confidence and professionalism.

• Initiate conversations and assist customers in arranging free in-home consultations for remodeling services.

• Set appointments and provide clear, friendly guidance to customers.

• Collaborate with a high-performing team to achieve daily and weekly goals.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Face-to-face marketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or brand ambassador experience (a plus).

• Experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or fast food industries.

• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

• Weekend availability is required.
