Task Associate

Description:

Ulta Beauty, North America’s premier beauty retailer, is seeking enthusiastic Task Associates to join their Oklahoma City location. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about beauty, customer service, and operational excellence. As a Task Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional in-store experience by ensuring shelves are stocked, maintaining overall store cleanliness, and completing assigned operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance:

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding retail goals through timely execution of tasks and ensuring product availability.

  • Ensure compliance with operational processes including shipment handling, replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandise sets.

  • Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.

• People:

  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for teammates, peers, and guests.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.

• Process:

  • Follow all Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code standards.

  • Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and physical inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty technology.

  • Maintain operational excellence by keeping assigned areas stocked, signed, and organized.

  • Ensure the store meets cleanliness standards in all areas including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.

  • Protect company assets through loss prevention practices and providing exceptional guest service.

  • Execute other operational tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma preferred.

• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Special Requirements: Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Working Conditions:

• Continuous mobility, frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting.

• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 lbs. regularly.

• Coordination and manipulation of objects during the shift.
